For the issuance of the transfer certificate receipt for one month’s tuition fees of the class attended will have to be submitted along with the application. Certificate of any other kind is generally issued after three days from the date of receipt of such application.

Payment Rule

Every student has to pay her tuition fees, development fees, or any other fees on the date/dates and time as will be notified on the college Notice Board. A student’s name will be liable to be struck off the rolls due to her failure to pay tuition fee for three consecutive months at a time.

For the purpose of reinstating the name of the candidate on the rolls, the rate of re–admission fee is Rs. 10/– per student.

The students should collect University Mark Sheet/Certificate from the college within three months of its publication. The college will keep them for three years from their date of receipt, after which period the college will not be responsible for them if they are not collected.
